Shipping & Returns

What is the lead time for order fulfillment?

Order fulfillment typically takes 2 - 7 business days. Please note that fulfilment time does not include shipping time. The estimated time of arrival (ETA) is calculated as the combined estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time.

For USA base customers, delivery is estimated between 2 to 10 business days after order fulfillment.

For customers residing outside the USA, delivery is estimated between 5 to 20 business days after order fulfillment is completed.

Who is responsible for paying customs duties & taxes? (customers residing outside the USA)

For customers residing outside the USA, it is responsibility of the customer, you, to pay any customs fees to the appropriate customs agency.

Shipments outside the USA may incur customs fees, depending on the country destination, which may vary depending on:

  • Order Value
  • Country Limits
  • Product Factors

How do I cancel my order?

Contact support@refractionsartcorner.com within 24 hours of ordering to cancel your order.

Cancellations are not guaranteed, as the order may have already been processed.

If the cancellation window has closed, once your product(s) has arrived, returns may be initiated within 7 days of arrival, except for non-returnable items as listed in the Return policy.

How do I start a return?

Before starting a return, please review the return policy to what is acceptable for returns.

If your product is eligible for return, contact support@refractionsartcorner.com.  Include a detailed description and high-quality photos of each issue.

It is important to note, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

Refunds do not include shipping & handling fees.

Why are photographs and descriptions of each product issue required for returns and refunds?

Photographs of are required as the first step to confirm whether a product is defective, damaged during shipping, or have a misprint. If a return is shipped and the returns department determines the product does not meet eligibility for a refund or in the case of a defect which may not require the product to be shipped, this costs the customer more money in unnecessary shipping costs.

While these measures aim to save customer time and money, prevent fraudulent returns, and prevent return abuse, it also improves future quality. By documenting each issue and providing useful information, you enable the potential opportunity for manufacturers to troubleshoot quality issues, leading to continuous improvement in the quality of our goods.

Why does the shade look different on my screen than the actual product?

There are three possibilities:

I. Display Settings

When purchasing a product, blue light filters or dynamic filters on your electronic device(s) will add a warmer tint to your displays.

For accurate display results, turn off blue light filters and/or normalize the display settings and view in a well-lit room.

II. Lighting

Whether the lighting is diffused (e.g. during overcast conditions), harsh (e.g. under direct sunlight), tungsten lights, or indoor lights, lighting has a direct impact on both photography and in person.

III. Print on Demand - Material

When it comes to print on demand products, the material for the products may vary, resulting in slightly different shading between products within the same collection.

This may affect products in Signature Collections only.

How do I request a custom personalization?

Products in the Signature Collections Catalog are available for personalization.

To request a personalization of a product, go to contact and review the ground rules for customizations.

In your request, include:

  1. The product name (e.g. crop top tee)
  2. Name or phrase (e.g. Hang in there)
  3. For all over print products, pattern type or color can be requested (e.g. houndstooth-gingham mix except in blue instead of pink), otherwise the default will be white.

Before listing the requested personalization in store, I will send you a follow up email to review if the design is to your liking.

Once completed and listed, I will send you the listing's web page for you and/or others to purchase.

How long does it take to create the artwork in your signature collection.

Designing the artwork can take between a few hours to a few days (under a week). After designing, rendering can take between 15 minutes to 22 hours. It can then take between 1 to 3 days to apply across multiple products, add tags, and metadata for sorting.

Is everything here your artwork?

No. My artwork is applied only to print-on-demand products which can be found under signature collections.

I've included a drop-shipping section, which does not contain my artwork, to provide a wide variety of quality products. The idea being to keep a small corner of my own artwork to express myself.
